Okay, I Said It

Okay, I said it.

A friend and I were discussing politics, and in my frustration I responded to the question, “Well, why didn't Trump get reelected?”  My response surprised me: “They stole the election.”  I quickly modified the statement by adding, “Well, I know damn well they stole Pennsylvania.”

I've been avoiding expressing this thought out loud in public because it has been labeled the “Big Lie,”  and I needed to allow time for the truth to be revealed, but now that I've said it, I must defend it.

What made me go to the thought that the Dems had stolen the election?   If you have a group of folks who tell one lie after another about Trump and believe that the ends justifies the means,  well, that makes for a pretty shady bunch.  Hillary, the FBI, and the CIA colluded to tell the “Big Lie,” that Trump was in cahoots with the Russians.  They propagated this lie for over four years.  They ran floozies in claiming he had done terrible things to their bodies, but later confessed, “Nah!”  They tried to impeach him twice on baseless charges.

Not only did the Dems lie, the media carried the lies with vigor.

In other words, the Dems are an unethical bunch.  Heck yeah they would attempt to steal an election.

On election night I went to bed pretty early.  Trump was ahead of Biden by 700,000 votes in Pennsylvania.

The next morning Trump's lead was 56% to 43%.  Trump was leading Biden by 675,000 votes.

Then Pennsylvania started counting mail-in ballots.  No one ever mentioned how many mail-in ballots were outstanding at the end of election night.  They just kept on counting.  The state allowed votes to come in three days after the election.  We never got a count of the mail-in ballots.  Today the state reports that 2.5 million mail-in ballots were counted.  Guess what.  Biden won 2 million of the 2.5 million.  Folks that is virtually an impossibility.  Statisticians who have studied a comparison of the in-person votes and the mail-in votes in each county say that they reveal an impossible scenario.

There are a couple of details I recall.  On one evening the counters told the observers they were stopping for the night.  After the poll watchers left, the count went on, and the paper trail back to the “voters” was, of course, discarded.

The bottom line is that the vote counters just kept counting votes until they had enough Biden votes to award him the election in Pennsylvania.

Oh, and by the way. The last minute changes to the election law were clearly unconstitutional.

And by the way, a court has declared Pennsylvania's 2019 voter law unconstitutional in violation of the Pennsylvania Constitution.  Of course, it is under appeal.

What a country!
